Eric D. Reiser


As a former law clerk to the Honorable Michael B. Kaplan, United States Bankruptcy Judge, District of New Jersey, Eric D. Reiser brings a wealth of experience in federal court practice.

Mr. Reiser is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law, and the University of Michigan. 

Admitted to the New Jersey Bar and New York in 2010, Mr. Reiser has received recognition as a Rising Star in Business Litigation by New Jersey Super Lawyers, a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5% of practicing attorneys in New Jersey. [1]

In addition to clerking for a federal bankruptcy judge, Mr. Reiser also has the distinction of serving as a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Passaic County.
