Joshua M. Lurie is a partner in the firm's corporate commercial litigation practice. Joshua's practice includes outside general counsel, complex commercial disputes, employment litigation and counseling, cannibas law and business law. In addition to appearing in New Jersey federal court, Joshua also regularly appears in civil litigation matters in federal courts in the Southern, Western, and Eastern Districts of New York.
He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.
Josh graduated Drew Universit and Vermont Law School, the top environmental program in the country, where he obtained by his Juris Doctor and Masters of Studies in Environmental Law.
